Posted 10/22/2026: On October 25th, USPS is making another round of shipping rate changes to Ground Advantage that may impact the cost of your shipments.

We know how frustrating frequent rate changes can be, especially when you're trying to manage shipping costs and price your items competitively. With rates changing so often, it can be difficult to know what to expect from one shipment to the next.

The latest adjustments include both increases and decreases depending on package weight, shipping zone, and destination. Additionally, the recent changes to USPS geographic pricing also mean that shipping costs can vary more based on where your buyer is located.

We understand that these ongoing changes create uncertainty and make it harder to plan ahead. We’ll share information as we work with USPS and our other carriers throughout the season.

What you can do

We encourage you to check current shipping costs when listing items. If you use calculated shipping, the rates will automatically be updated. You can also use eBay’s shipping calculator to check the current rates at any time.

We’ll continue sharing feedback with our carriers and sharing updates as we learn more throughout the holiday season.

Thank you for selling on eBay.
