Hong Kong-based Bonjour Holdings has returned to a profit of US$1.08 million for the fiscal year.
Revenue rose 52 per cent to $11.74 million, while gross profit reached $4.14 million.
The group’s portfolio includes more than 20,000 products across brands including Suisse Reborn, Yumei, Dr Schafter and Dr Bauer.
Gross profit was $4.14 million, down from $4.38 million over the previous 18-month reporting period but 41.7 per cent higher than the previous period’s annualised gross profit of $2.92 million.
The group said its restructuring efforts had strengthened its financial position, while it remained focused on improving the performance of its core business.
“Mindful of the ongoing operational and working capital requirements, management maintains active, forward-looking strategies to elevate financial performance and optimise overall liquidity,” it said.
Looking ahead, the group plans to accelerate its digital transformation, strengthen its global e-commerce operations, and expand its global trading business.
