Managed Markets is ending Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) support
Shopify 公告，2026 年 8 月 24 日起，Managed Markets 在所有支持 DDP 的国家和地区停止支持 DDU，使用或继承 DDU 的市场将自动转为 DDP，消费者在结账时支付关税和税费，而非在收货时向承运商或海关支付。若希望消费者继续在收货时付款，需在 2026 年 8 月 24 日前关闭 Shopify Managed Markets，否则无需操作。
On August 24, 2026, Shopify Managed Markets will stop supporting delivered duty unpaid (DDU) in every country and region where it supports delivered duty paid (DDP).
What's changing
- Markets that use or inherit DDU automatically move to DDP wherever Managed Markets supports it.
- Customers in those markets will now pay duties and taxes at checkout, not to the carrier or customs on delivery.
Collecting duties and taxes at checkout helps avoid surprise costs on delivery and makes international shopping more predictable.
What you need to do
If you want your customers to keep paying on delivery, turn off Shopify Managed Markets before August 24, 2026. Otherwise, no action is needed.
