亚马逊自动生成多件装Listing并调整费用分类
Amazon Multipacks, FBA Fee Changes & Google Universal Cart
Amazon Is Creating Multipack Listings for Brands Unless They Opt Out
Amazon is automatically creating virtual multipack listings for selected brand owned FBA products with strong multi unit demand. Brands need to review what Amazon creates before those listings become available to customers.

What Changed
Amazon says all listings included in its distribution center case pack pilot will be created by October 28.
The multipacks appear alongside the single unit ASIN and draw from existing FBA inventory. Amazon creates a separate listing and VMP_DC SKU for the multipack.
Customer purchasing begins November 11. Sellers can review, edit, or delete the new listings in Manage All Inventory.
Why It Matters
Amazon is making a merchandising decision on behalf of the brand.
Multipacks can increase units per order and create another price point, but automatically generated titles, images, pack structure, and pricing still need brand oversight. A poorly positioned multipack can create customer confusion or unnecessary price competition against the single unit.
What Is Not Changing
The underlying units still come from the same FBA inventory. Brands can edit or delete the automatically created multipacks.
What to Do Now
Immediate operational check. Search Manage All Inventory for VMP_DC SKUs before October 28. Review product imagery, titles, pack quantities, pricing, and whether the multipack actually makes strategic sense.
Bigger Picture Signal
Amazon continues moving from recommending merchandising actions to executing them automatically. Brands increasingly need processes for reviewing what Amazon creates on their behalf.
Google Universal Cart Turns Search and Gemini Into a Multiretailer Shopping Cart

Google has launched Universal Cart in the U.S., allowing shoppers to collect products from multiple retailers inside Search and Gemini and move toward checkout without organizing the journey store by store.
What Changed
Universal Cart is rolling out across Google Search and the Gemini app.
Shoppers can save products from different merchants in one cart, receive price drop and restock alerts, surface promotional codes, and use Google Wallet information to evaluate payment options.
Google supports simplified checkout with merchants including Walmart, Target, Nike, Sephora, Wayfair, and many Shopify merchants. The retailer remains the seller of record and handles the customer relationship after purchase.
Why It Matters
Google is inserting itself further between product discovery and retailer checkout.
A shopper can compare and organize products across competing retailers before committing to any one storefront. That increases the importance of clean product feeds, competitive pricing, availability, imagery, and merchant data outside Amazon.
What Is Not Changing
Google is not becoming the merchant. Participating retailers still own the transaction, fulfillment, support, and seller of record responsibility.
What to Do Now
Light prep recommended. Brands with Walmart, Target, Shopify, or other Google eligible feeds should audit titles, images, price, availability, and product attributes with the same seriousness they apply to marketplace listings.
Bigger Picture Signal
The storefront is becoming less important than the commerce layer sitting above it. Google, Meta, TikTok, and AI assistants increasingly want to own the shopping decision while retailers remain underneath fulfilling the transaction.

Amazon Fee Categories Change October 31, So Check the Fee Preview Before They Hit

Amazon is updating its fee category structure at the end of October. The most important point for operators is that fee category is separate from the browse category customers see and can directly affect what Amazon charges.
What Changed
Amazon’s updated fee category guidance takes effect October 31. It adds a dedicated 3D Printers fee category, moving 3D printers and 3D printing pens out of Business, Industrial, and Scientific Supplies. Accessories such as filament and nozzles remain in the existing category.
Amazon also directs sellers to the Fee Preview report to see their current fee category and any upcoming changes. Sellers who believe an ASIN is categorized incorrectly can file a dispute.
Why It Matters
Fee category can influence referral fees and other category dependent charges. A listing can look completely unchanged to a shopper while the economics behind the ASIN change.
That makes this a finance and catalog check, not a merchandising check.
What Is Not Changing
Browse categories and fee categories remain separate. A product can appear in multiple customer facing browse paths while still having only one fee category.
What to Do Now
Immediate operational check. Pull the Fee Preview report before October 31 and look for upcoming category changes. Dispute anything that does not align with Amazon’s published category guidelines.
Bigger Picture Signal
Amazon increasingly expects sellers to monitor profitability at the ASIN level. Small backend classifications can now matter as much as visible listing changes.

TikTok Shop Is Starting Black Friday on November 11

TikTok Shop is opening its Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign more than 2 weeks before Black Friday itself. The event runs November 11 through November 30 and comes with faster delivery and easier returns designed to make TikTok feel more like a mature marketplace.
What Changed
TikTok Shop BFCM runs November 11 through November 30.
Eligible products can display a 3 Day Delivery badge when TikTok expects delivery within 3 business days. Eligible purchases can also be returned without a box or label at roughly 10,000 Happy Returns locations.
TikTok says holiday shopping content increased 263% in September compared with August.
Why It Matters
TikTok is not waiting for Thanksgiving week to compete for holiday dollars.
Brands need inventory, creator content, promotional pricing, and fulfillment ready before November 11, particularly because content often needs time to gain traction before it converts.
What Is Not Changing
TikTok remains heavily discovery driven. Simply enrolling products in the promotion does not create demand without creator content, LIVE activity, or paid support.
What to Do Now
Immediate operational check. TikTok Shop brands should finalize BFCM SKUs, inventory, creator activation, and fulfillment capacity before November 11.
Bigger Picture Signal
Black Friday is becoming a multiweek marketplace season. Every major commerce platform now has an incentive to pull demand earlier rather than wait for the traditional retail calendar.

Amazon Now Lets Brands Define What “Sellable as New” Means for FBA Returns

Amazon is giving FBA sellers more input into how returned products are graded before they are put back into inventory or resold as used.
What Changed
Customized grading lets sellers define criteria around seals and packaging, included accessories, authenticity indicators, device functionality, and other product specific requirements.
Rules can apply to individual ASINs, an entire catalog, or a CSV upload. Sellers can also provide instructions around whether an item can be restored to new condition or should move into Grade and Resell, including used pricing percentages.
Why It Matters
Return grading has long been a source of frustration for brands whose definition of acceptable inventory does not match Amazon’s.
The new controls give brands a way to protect customer experience and recovered inventory value without applying one blanket standard across every product.
What Is Not Changing
Amazon still performs the inspection. Seller supplied criteria act as guidance alongside Amazon’s standard grading process, and ASINs without custom rules continue using Amazon’s default standards.
What to Do Now
Light prep recommended. Start with ASINs where reopened packaging, missing accessories, broken seals, or cosmetic condition create the highest customer experience or return risk.
Bigger Picture Signal
Amazon is giving brands more control over reverse logistics, but within an automated system. The opportunity is to encode brand standards so Amazon can execute them at scale.

Tariff Refunds Give Walmart and Target More Room to Compete on Price

Moody’s has moved its global retail and apparel outlook from negative to stable as tariff costs ease, but the operator implication goes beyond improved retailer balance sheets. Large retailers can use tariff refunds to reinforce their price position.
What Changed
Moody’s expects retail and apparel revenue to grow 2% to 4% over the next 12 to 18 months and says tariff refunds can help offset higher transportation and energy costs.
Retail Dive, reporting on the Moody’s analysis, says Walmart and Target have approximately $4 billion in combined tariff refunds that can be strategically reinvested into pricing and market position.
Why It Matters
A refund does not simply improve retailer margin.
If Walmart or Target uses that money to lower shelf prices or absorb cost inflation, third party sellers and brands competing against first party retail offers face additional pricing pressure without receiving the same economic benefit.
What Is Not Changing
Tariff relief does not remove other cost pressures. Moody’s still highlights transportation costs, energy, interest rates, and uneven consumer demand as risks.
What to Do Now
No immediate pricing change required, monitor closely. Track competitive price movement through Q4, particularly in categories where Walmart or Target controls meaningful first party assortment. Importers that paid affected duties should continue separately monitoring their own refund eligibility.
Bigger Picture Signal
Tariff refunds can change competitive pricing, not simply accounting. Large retailers have another source of funding to defend value perception while smaller sellers still absorb many of the same inflationary pressures.
