Shopify 商家现可在后台通过上传 CSV 文件批量创建、停用和恢复员工账号，批量创建的管理员或 POS 员工账号可同时分配 PIN 码。该功能适用于季节性招聘、门店扩张和快速离职处理等需要快速准确调整团队的场景，入口为 Settings > Users > Import，可下载示例 CSV 模板上手。
You can now create, suspend, and reactivate staff accounts in bulk by uploading a CSV file in Shopify admin.
This update helps reduce manual setup for larger teams by letting you bulk create admin or POS staff accounts with assigned PINs and suspend or reactivate existing users in one upload.
It’s especially useful for seasonal hiring, store expansion, and fast offboarding, when teams need to make staff changes quickly and accurately.
To use this feature, go to Settings > Users > Import in Shopify Admin. Download the sample CSV template there to get started.
